We are often asked to combine more than one inherited piece of jewellery to create a new engagement ring. The outcome is always a unique and sentimental ring.
We sourced 2 further 0.25 carat stones to combine with the existing stones and designed a significant bespoke engagement ring. The centre diamond weighs 1.17 carats.
To connect the centre stone to the edge wires, a small diamond was set top and bottom.
The 2 old cut round diamonds, 1.10 & 1.30 carats and 4 smaller diamonds are collar mounted in platinum framed within an outer edge wire.
Design work for a 5 x same size diamond ring claw set in platinum with a 3 wire shank detail in yellow gold.
We used the computer aided design process taken from the drawing to cast the ring before claw setting the diamonds.
