An emerald cut diamond is the most understated of the most commonly used cut types, the brilliance of the round stone is replaced by being able to see into the depth of the diamond. It is important that there are no visible internal flaws as they can be very obvious and distract from the beauty of the emerald cut.

A natural fancy yellow oval cut diamond (1.09 carats) surrounded by round brilliant stones all set into a hand-made platinum and 18 carat yellow gold mount.
The emerald cut diamond sits above the surrounding diamonds in a style known as ‘halo’, all mounted in platinum.
Round brilliant cut diamond, 1.81 carats surrounded by 0.40 carats yellow diamonds all set in platinum with a yellow gold shank.
Mounted into a rub-over collar setting the emerald cut diamond is complimented and enhanced having small round brilliant cut stones either side, all in platinum.
The Alexandrite is a wonderous stone which changes colour under different light sources, here surrounded by baguettes and round diamonds in platinum.
This bespoke engagement ring design was prepared for our customer, the collar or rub-over settings are very secure and withstand harder wear.
